Whether you’re struggling to let go, facing loneliness, or just trying to feel like yourself again, therapy offers tools and guidance to help you heal — not just from the loss of the relationship, but in a way that sets the foundation for deeper self-love and stronger future connections.

    Ideal for recent breakups or relationship transitions.
    Includes:

    • Weekly 45-minute sessions

    • Personalized healing plan

    • Breakup recovery workbook

    • Email support between sessions (1x/week)
